Serial Killer Nut Case: More Serial Killer NZ Police electronics hacking

Serial Killer's NZ Police electronics group have changed the settings of my CamStudio recorder and are preventing me from doing work on my computer: Below is a low frame rate setting change as compared to my earlier settings. They discovered this effect yesterday when I was playing around with the settings -

Its 12:38PM now: NZ Police hacking seems to want to prevent this video from being uploaded to blogger. You can download the video here (loaded into my Google docs)

Following is an image of the frame rate settings for CamStudio. Yesterday I had set a setting of 10/sec which seemed sufficient for my needs. Note that while the frame rate is set to 20, the actual frame rate of the video is much less. Obviously there is a way to have the user see one thing and the hacker see another and have the hacker's processes, images etc take the place of the user's. And this is all invisible to the user. MITM attack?

Frame rate of uploaded video: Note that it is at 20/sec

Uploading the video has been extremely difficult with their hacking. Here is an image of the error message that keeps coming up. Considering that I have uploaded videos that are over 10MB before, this one should be easy. And yes, the video has been tested locally.

Also note the amount of time it takes me to do something simple. When Serial Killer's electronics squad were hacking the companies I was working at the effect was far worse.

An incredible waste of money considering that they are the NZ Police and their boss is a serial killer. Shouldn't this money be used for putting serial killers etc in prison.
