Serial Killer Nut Case: Method of assessing a single payment as resolution for terrorist activities in Malaysia by NZ Police

Serial Killer continues to delay and waste time by providing spurious submissions on a single payment that will act as a full and final resolution of the case. CIMB has stated that they have made a submission on what they want. There are two paths here:

1. Serial Killer can be jailed with his wife, and the NZ Police make reparation for the damage caused by him as well as some goodwill gestures.

2. Serial Killer is allowed is powers unabated and NZ Police make a single payment as reparation.

Recall that CIMB wants EFFECTIVE COUNTERMEASURES. 

Single payment option for Effective Countermeasures if option 2 taken

If option 2 is taken then it is logical that the Malaysian Government and CIMB will need the equivalent or more of the engine that supports and provides for Serial Killer ie the equivalent of Manukau Counties NZ Police budget for the next say 50 years (the length of time Serial Killer is expected to live). Doing a simple Microsoft NPV calculation (see Figure 1 above) this makes the NZ Police have to pay at least NZD 31 billion. Note that this is actually an underestimation as Manukau Counties NZ Police force would get more than say Eastern and various other districts. Also I wonder if my NPV calculator is being screwed up by NZ Police electronics as the two number should match - anyway see below.

If option 1 is taken, a logical and rational path, this resolution will not only have a much smaller payment but will actually see a serial killer be put where he and his wife belongs, in jail. It will stop the chaos and murders that continue to wreak havoc with the face of the NZ Police and NZ Judiciary, allow things to go back to normal, result in good relations for both countries, put someone more appropriate in Serial Killer's NZ Police position etc etc.

The above is written because Serial Killer continues to delay proceeding with nonsensical arguments. This is to show how quick it is to obtain a proper submission should the NZ Police recognize that they need to resolve this case amicably.

Manukau Counties NZ Police budget is the total NZ Police budget for 2012 divided by 12 (as there are 12 police districts). Note it does not take into account growth in budget and many other factors making it biased towards the NZ Police.

Interest rates are taken from fixed term deposits published by the Bank of New Zealand rounded up to the closest integer.

Term is 50 years or 600 months

As the NZ Police labor acquisition procedures are opaque it is proper to assume that if Serial Killer is not in jail, he will continue to possess his current position with the NZ Police. This holds as a strong assumption looking at the behavior to date of the NZ Police and NZ Judiciary. They are willing to traduce the public image for the sake of a serial killer. Furthermore Serial Killer has command and control over the whole engine which is Manukau Counties NZ Police district as well as command and control over many aspects of other NZ Police districts and its overseas operations.

The above took me about 30 minutes to produce by myself. The NZ Police team harboring and defending Serial Killer have many many more people and resources.
