Serial Killer Nut Case: Kairo being used as vector to attack neighbors

Serial Killer is now using Kairo as a telephone. He is making (not inducing) Kairo to visit the neighbors who have a child two years younger than he. Serial Killer is doing this by threats from Serial Killer's violent controlled gangs. Kairo was kidnapped about 3 years ago by members from gangs such as these. This child is to be used as the other end of the telephone.

The neighbors are now being threatened by Serial Killer and his serial killing gangs.
