Serial Killer is continuing his attacks on Xia and me. Xia is made to awaken everytime I awake. Continuing erotic dreams. Xia behavior fluctuating between happy and unhappy very rapidly.
As I appear not to have a choice in this, as when I do nothing Serial Killer's attacks continue as when I do something, I will continue to probe into murder number 4. This is difficult as Serial Killer's serial killer's will block any attempt to read his mind.
It only appears that Serial Killer has mitigated his continuing attacks. In actuality it is costing a lot to maintain this kind of surveillance on Serial Killer. It is only because he is meeting other watchers that he has reduced it somewhat. However electronic and telepathic attacks continue unabated.
This has been going on for 6 years now. His attacks seem targeted towards Xia to cause the most pain. A serial killer mind in a high office in the NZ Police. Meanwhile NZ Police continue to not perform their job. They know and have all the evidence about Serial Killer's murders. They are funding these terrorist and serial killer attacks. His powers and command over their financing and electronics is not abated.
