Serial Killer Nut Case: Attack on 7 year old girl by NZ Police

Serial Killer attempted to reinfect Xia at her friend's birthday party with a skin virus. The vector is a boy who has a heavy and contagious infection (as I understand it, he is called something like Muzzaffar). This boy was induced to rub up to Xia's exposed skin.
